Exceptional hardship arguments - £600 plus VAT

You may acquire 12 points or more on your licence but that does not mean that you have to be banned for 6 months.  If you, or someone else, will suffer exceptional hardship if you lose your licence we can persuade the court to exercise a discretion not to disqualify you.
