Baiju Thittala Varkey is a criminal defence duty solicitor.  Mr Thittala is a dual jurisdiction qualified lawyer both in England and Wales, and India. Mr Thittala was admitted to the Roll as Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and admitted to the Roll of the Advocates of the State Bar Council of Kerala, India. Practicing in England and Wales as a Criminal Defence Solicitor, Mr Thittala provides legal advice on serious criminal fraud, sexual offences, overseas matrimonial property disputes and litigation on succession and inheritance rights of non-resident Indians in the Indian Jurisdiction.
